Shipments and returns

Bricol offers its customers a satisfaction or return guarantee.

The customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt to return the item if they are not satisfied with their purchase, with the right to a refund or replacement.

To do so, the customer must return the item in its original packaging, with all accessories and instruction manuals, and all original contents, without any defects, signs of use, or broken seals.

These conditions will be verified and controlled by our services; therefore, a period of up to 15 days will be necessary for verification, and only then will a refund of the value or exchange for an equivalent item or another item of the customer's choice be processed (in this case, a refund of the difference, if any).

The refund is for the amount paid for the item. No shipping or handling fees will be refunded, if applicable.

• In a return, the customer must have the item delivered to Bricol's facilities or assume the return shipping costs via a carrier contracted by us. The customer will be informed of the return costs before making the return.

• In case of exchange, the return conditions apply, and the delivery costs of the new item will also be charged. The carrier's postage cost may vary depending on the type and/or weight of the item in question.

Check the material upon delivery: Check the material upon delivery and always confirm its status. If it presents damage or anomalies, you must notify this on the carrier's delivery note. Failure to notify this on the carrier's delivery note will exempt Bricol from any responsibility for exchange or return to the customer.

According to community directives, the right to return and refund is reserved exclusively for customers defined as "consumers" and, therefore, only for individuals who purchase products for their own use, and not those acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out, including merchants, resellers, professionals, etc.
