2. The website www.bricol.pt is an online store owned by Armando Sérgio Soares Unip. Lda, Tax Number 514467711, Address: Rua Júlio Fernando A. Fernandes nº13 – 3200-377 Lousã, Portugal and Email Address: geral@bricol.pt, owner of the website www.bricol.pt, hereinafter referred to as the Online Store, and the persons who wish to make purchases through the Online Store, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
3. The parties agree that purchases made through the Online Store will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the Online Store.
4. Bricol reserves the right to change these terms of use and contracting without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website http://bricol.pt.
ITEM 1. OBJECT
1. These general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding the methods of ordering, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made in the Online Store.
2. These conditions govern all the necessary steps to place an order and guarantee the tracking of this order between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2. ORDER AND INVOICING
1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented in the Online Store, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:
To submit their order, the User must:
a) Register in the Online Store, providing the information requested therein.
b) Log in (providing an email and password combination chosen by the User during registration).
c) Complete the information and choose the options available to them throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the Tax Identification Number (NIF) and name that, for tax purposes, they wish to appear on the invoice).
The User's final order confirmation is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
The online store will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. In the event of product unavailability, the online store undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice is issued immediately after payment; once issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.
Orders are valid for two days, except if the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different period, and prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used in a new order.
ARTICLE 3. PAYMENT
a). Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer: You must send proof of payment via online banking or email. If the payment is made at an ATM or bank counter, you must photograph or scan the receipt and send it by email. After successful payment, the order will be validated and shipped.
If payment is not made on the day the order is placed or by the second day, it will be cancelled.
b) PayPal, Credit Card and Multibanco
In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the User's card immediately after confirmation of shipment of the goods. If any ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User's card after the order is finalized.

ARTICLE 4. PRICES
Prices are in Euros, excluding taxes and duties, taking into account the VAT in effect on the date of payment of the order.
If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.
Whenever an item has a price reduction, the sales method (sales, promotions or clearance), the type of products, the percentage reduction, the start date and duration period, and its communication to the competent authorities, if necessary, will be mentioned.
Bricol.pt informs that the prices shown are exclusive to the online store www.Bricol.pt and may differ from the prices charged in Bricol's physical stores.
ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. Delivery is carried out by CTT or another similar transport company.
2.1 Shipping costs are added to the order according to the current table, and are calculated during the purchase process before the User finalizes it.
3. The Online Store ships to all regions of the world (Regions outside the Iberian Peninsula).
